Standard Cleaning Service

Our Standard Cleaning Service is the foundation of a fresh, tidy, and stress-free home. This service is perfect for maintaining a clean and comfortable space in all your essential living areas.

Here’s what’s included:

All Rooms

• Dust and wipe furniture, light fixtures, lampshades, tables, vents, picture frames, knick-knacks, artwork, shelves, mirrors, and noticeable cobwebs (underneath some items, but not all items removed; we do not clean inside closets or behind closed doors without instruction).
• Dust baseboards, molding, woodwork, window ledges, sills, blinds, and reachable fans or light fixtures.
• Spot-check light switches and doors.
• Vacuum carpets, large rugs, and under furniture on carpeted areas (as far as reachable).
• Dust under furniture on hard surface floors (as far as reachable).
• Vacuum, dust mop, or sweep hard surface floors.
• Mop all hard floors.
• Empty trash and replace bags (client must provide bags).

Kitchen and Laundry Areas

• Clean countertops and small appliances (toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc.).
• Wipe down the exterior of kitchen appliances, including stovetops and range hoods.
• Clean microwave inside and out.
• Clean sinks, faucets, and drains.
• Spot-check cabinet exteriors and backsplash.
• Wipe the exterior of trash cans.
• Wipe down washer and dryer exterior areas (where exposed).

Bathrooms

• Clean countertops, sinks, and faucets.
• Scrub tubs and showers.
• Clean toilets inside and out, including the surrounding floor and wall area.
• Spot-check cabinet exteriors.
• Neatly hang or fold towels and replace paper products (client supplies these items).
