we have implemented the following cancellation policy...

Booking Deposit

Upon booking your appointment, a nonrefundable deposit of 25%-50% of the service cost will be required. This deposit will serve as a commitment fee and will be applied towards paying our staff for the reserved time in the field.

Cancellation Period

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This allows us sufficient time to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to other clients.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Within 48 Hours

If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made within the 48-hour period leading up to your appointment, the client will forfeit the deposit amount paid at the time of booking (25%-50% of the service cost). This fee is applicable regardless of whether a booking deposit was required or not. The deposit amount will go towards compensating our staff for the missed time in the field. If no deposit was collected at the time of booking, the client will owe at least 25% of the service cost as a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling Before 48 Hours

Should you choose to reschedule your appointment before the 48-hour mark, you may apply the 25%-50% deposit towards the new booking. However, the deposit is nonrefundable if you decide not to reschedule.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you have a genuine emergency or extenuating circumstance that prevents you from providing the required 48 hours' notice, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and find a suitable solution.

Refunds

The deposit is nonrefundable unless the cancellation or rescheduling request is made before the 48-hour mark. In such cases, the deposit can be applied towards a rescheduled appointment. However, the deposit cannot be refunded if you choose not to reschedule.
