Are your cleaning products safe for pets?

Yes. Squeaky Clean NEO uses pet-friendly, eco-friendly, and non-toxic cleaning products because we know pets are part of the family, too.

We’re accustomed to cleaning homes with dogs, cats, and other pets, and we take care when using cleaning products in the spaces they share with you. If your pet has a known sensitivity, allergy, or other special consideration, please let us know before your appointment so we can discuss the best approach for your home.

Do I need to clean before the cleaners arrive?

You don’t need to vacuum, mop, scrub the bathrooms, wipe down the kitchen, or try to make your home look presentable before we arrive. We clean real homes where real life happens, and there’s no judgment here.

What is helpful is picking up excessive clutter, clothing, toys, paperwork, or other personal items when you’re able. The more access your cleaner has to surfaces and floors, the more of your scheduled cleaning time can be spent actually cleaning rather than moving things around.

And if life got busy and you didn’t get to pick up first? That’s okay, too. We’ll work with the home as we find it.

Do you offer add-on cleaning services?

Yes! In addition to your regular cleaning, Squeaky Clean NEO offers a variety of optional add-on services when your home needs a little extra attention.

Add-ons can be included with your cleaning based on your needs and may include things like inside refrigerators, inside ovens, interior windows, finished basements, and other special cleaning requests.

Add-on services require additional time and may need to be scheduled in advance, so just let us know what you’d like done when booking or before your upcoming appointment. If it’s something we can reasonably clean, ask us—we’ll let you know what’s possible and provide pricing before adding it to your service.

Do you do dishes or laundry?

Squeaky Clean NEO focuses on professional home cleaning rather than household chores, so dishes and laundry are not included in our cleaning services.

We’ll clean your kitchen—including countertops, sinks, appliance exteriors, and inside the microwave—but we ask that dishes be put away or cleared from the areas we need to clean whenever possible.

Similarly, while we can change bed linens when clean sheets are left out for us, we do not wash, dry, fold, or put away laundry.

Keeping these tasks separate allows our cleaners to focus their scheduled time on what they do best: cleaning your home thoroughly and consistently.

Can I purchase the air freshener you use?

Yes! Our signature air freshener is called Happy, and many of our clients love the scent so much they want their own bottle.

Happy is a neroli and lime essential oil blend, handcrafted locally by a woman-owned business. A little goes a long way, so you only need a small amount to freshen your space.

Do you collect items for donation?

Yes! Squeaky Clean NEO regularly helps collect useful items for local nonprofits, animal rescues, and community organizations.

If you’re cleaning out closets, decluttering, or simply have items you no longer need, ask us before throwing them away. Depending on current needs, we may be collecting things like towels, blankets, linens, pet supplies, household items, clothing, or other useful donations.

What we’re collecting changes throughout the year, so just ask your cleaner or contact us to find out what we’re currently accepting and where your items can do some good.
