Your Guide to a Spotless Space

We’re so excited to have you as a client! Here’s everything you need to know to ensure a seamless and satisfying cleaning experience with us.

What to Expect

• Arrival Window: We aim to arrive within a 30-minute buffer of your scheduled time. You’ll receive a text when we’re on the way.
• Team Structure: Our team members are background-checked, insured, and trained to deliver exceptional service. While we strive for consistency, occasionally, a different team member may step in. Rest assured, they’ll have your preferences and notes on file.
• First-Time Cleans: If you’re home, we’ll take a quick tour and discuss your priorities. If not, feel free to leave notes—we’ll keep them on file for future visits.

Preparing for Your Cleaning

• Tidy Up Personal Items: Please remove toys, clothing, and clutter so we can focus on cleaning, not organizing.
• Provide a Garbage Bag: We bring all necessary supplies except garbage bags—please leave one for our use.
• Friendly Dogs: If your dog is comfortable with strangers, they’re welcome to stay out. If they’re nervous or protective, we recommend putting them in a safe, quiet space.
• Closed Doors: A closed door generally signals you don’t want that space cleaned. Let us know if there’s an exception.
• Fridge Cleaning: If you’ve added this service, please empty the fridge before we arrive for the most thorough cleaning. At minimum, remove expired or unwanted items.
• Oven Cleaning: For self-cleaning ovens, please run the self-cleaning cycle before we arrive so we can focus on detailed interior cleaning.

Additional Services & Special Requests

• Changing Sheets & Linens: Leave clean sheets on the bed, and we’ll happily change them for you. For bathrooms, set out fresh towels and linens if you'd like them replaced.
• Taking Out the Trash: Let us know where to take your garbage before we leave, and we’ll handle disposal.
• Add-Ons Anytime: Need an extra service like fridge cleaning, oven detailing, or interior windows? Call or text our office to update your booking.
• Locking Up: If you won’t be home during your cleaning, let us know how to securely lock up before we leave.

Our Products & Services

• Eco-Friendly Cleaning: We use non-toxic, pet-safe products to keep your space safe and spotless.
• Dust Resettlement: After your first cleaning—and sometimes after any cleaning—you may notice some dust resettling as the air settles. This is normal and will diminish over time with regular cleanings. Scheduling recurring services helps maintain a consistently clean home.
• Be Home or Not: You’re welcome to stay during the cleaning, but it’s not required.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

• 48-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so we can adjust our schedule.
• Illness Policy: If you or someone in your household is sick, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll reschedule your cleaning to ensure the safety of both your family and our team members.

• Donations: If you have items to donate, leave them clearly marked for Squeaky Clean. We accept clothing, household, and pet items. For furniture donations, please arrange in advance by calling our office.
